Concessions

Children

On the day of the visit, children under 3 or shorter than 1 metre enter free. Those aged 3 to under 12, or from 1 metre to under 1.5 metres tall, receive a concession.

Older Visitors

Visitors aged 65 or over on the day of the visit receive a concession.

Young visitors

Visitors aged 12 to under 18 and at least 1.5 metres tall on the day of the visit receive a concession.

Disabled Visitors

A concession is available with a valid disability or disabled-military certificate issued by the relevant Chinese authorities, together with a resident identity card.

Additional Information

Packages including the circus do not offer free admission. Special-event ticket terms vary. Age-based concessions require original identification: a resident identity card for mainland Chinese visitors; a Mainland Travel Permit or mainland residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan residents; and a valid passport for visitors from other countries or regions. If the concession conditions are not met, the applicable fare difference must be paid.

Chimelong Safari Park parking: about 1,000 spaces at the park on National Road 105, Licun, Dashi, Panyu. The first 15 minutes are free. From 08:00–23:00, cars pay $0.30 per half-hour within the first three hours, then $0.45 per half-hour; from 23:00–08:00, $0.15 per half-hour. The 24-hour cap is $5.36. Large and extra-large vehicles are charged for two car spaces.

Luggage Storage

Luggage storage: approximately $7.45 per item per day for cases of 26 inches or larger (67 × 45 × 28 cm), and $2.98 for smaller cases, ordinary bags or backpacks. Available at the south-gate service station and outside the main entrance.

Transport within the park

The listed in-park services are free: Swan Lake–African Savannah–Panda Paradise, transport through the drive-through zone, and resort shuttles. The resort route connects the metro plaza, Safari Park south gate, Panda Hotel (not served after 20:00), International Circus/Paradise north gate, Chimelong Hotel, Safari Park south gate (not served after 19:30) and the metro plaza. A Safari Park–Birds Park service is also listed. Check that day's boarding arrangements.

Stroller rental

Rental is approximately $14.90 per unit per use with a $29.80 deposit. Collection points: south-gate ticket check, Swan Lake rental point and north-gate luggage storage or service station. Return at the south-gate or Swan Lake stroller/wheelchair point, or the north-gate storage/service station.

Wheelchair rental

Rental is approximately $7.45 per use with a $29.80 deposit. Equipment is for use within the park only.

Toilets

Signposted toilets are available at the entrance and elsewhere in the park.

Baby-care Room

A nursing room is available in Meng Shuai Ku Paradise.
